My name is Matthew Miedema. I am a student, studying Civil Engineering. Graphic design and Photography have always been hobbies and small passions of mine. As I have found myself doing more and more work, I have also found myself being asked if I had a portfolio and if I was interested in doing work for pay.

Thus, this is where that has brought us, my portfolio. It includes, the graphic and photography sections. In the graphics section, many of my more recent works are displayed to show what I am capable of doing in photoshop. At this point, there is very little work in that section that I have been paid for, but that may be soon to change, as I have been introdued to an indie record label by one of their producers, and the possibilies of designing for them are promising. In the photography section are many of the photos that I have taken, none of which have been post processed (with the exception of maybe a border). I feel that photography should reflect a person as a photographer, not how well they can process their pictures in photoshop, thus my purist attitude.
